Thompkins Child and Adolescent Services, Inc. (Thompkins) is a private, non-profit comprehensive mental and behavioral healthcare agency that serves the emotional and behavioral needs of youth ages 2 through 18 since 1982.
Thompkins Foster Care Program is based on the philosophy that youth are best served in a family-centered, home environment. Each foster parent is fully trained to provide goal-oriented, family experiences to youth and supportive intervention to the youths family.
